The SME Bank Board of Directors resolved to appoint “Prasit Veerasilp” as “Acting Managing Director”.

 

The Board of Directors of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand has approved the appointment of  Mr. Prasit Veerasilp, Deputy Managing Director, as Acting Managing Director. By having the authority to act on behalf of the Managing Director in the bank’s affairs. According to Section 28 of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand Act 2002, effective from 2 March 2024 onwards.
